How to be a better retail customer

Be kind and return where you got them

Remember, the people in the super store. They are not robots, they're just like you. So stop being lazy and try to find that can of milk which is just in the next shelf. You're not blind or anything, are you?

1.      Try to find things.

2.      Please, if you are not running out of time or not waiting at the counter; return the products where you got them (especially fresh produce like fruits, veggies and especially meat or fish). And don't mix them in the detergents if you wish to put them somewhere else!

3.      When the workers greet you, reply to them civilly. Don't pretend that you didn't hear them. It's not totally their fault to be stuck in the job.

4.      Be polite, kind and understanding. Some customers think highly of themselves once they come in those automatic doors and treated every worker (including the store manager) with a demanding demeanour. Expecting that their every request will be granted in a flash.

5.      What's in the store is all we have. If we had it, don't you think we should display it? So don't ask if we have it in our warehouse when we don't have it on the shelves.
